Tasks

  • Participation in the development of innovative line concepts (line balancing) – Design of efficient production lines for future-oriented production processes
  • Close cooperation with engineering and design teams – Optimisation of new product designs and manufacturing methods through interdisciplinary exchange
  • Implementation of innovative device and production concepts – Development of modern tools and devices for optimised production processes
  • Checking and approving technical documents – Ensuring the quality and standards of construction documents and technical data
  • Creation and maintenance of basic production data in SAP – Management of parts lists, production plans and standard operating instructions (SOI)
  • Cost analyses and optimisation of production processes – Carrying out target/actual comparisons and identifying potential savings
  • Supervision of production areas and problem solving – Support with technical challenges and implementation of design changes
  • Participation in PFMEA and process optimisation projects – Determination of test requirements and improvement of procedures and standards

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or industrial mechanic
  • Additional qualification as a technician or specialist required
  • Completed MTM qualification and REFA knowledge
  • Experience in design and development desirable
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD systems, preferably CATIA V5, as well as confident handling of MS Office and SAP/R3
  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills
  • Valid work permit for the EU
