Tasks

• Support in negotiations with purchasing organizations on capacities, cost adjustments and delivery conditions
• Definition and implementation of the material requirements strategy based on technical and logistical requirements
• Early identification of new requirements through active participation in operational meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring on-time and quality-compliant material deliveries at a higher level
• Processing and managing customer orders using the SAP system
• Adaptation and optimization of industrial logistics and material processes to increase efficiency
• Implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions for repair projects, including escalation management
• Coordination between technology, logistics and purchasing to ensure seamless material availability

Qualification

• Degree in business administration, supply chain / logistics or economics
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management, process improvement and supply chain / logistics
• Basic knowledge of change management and lean management
• Initial application knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace and initial experience with Skywise an advantage
• Negotiation skills English language skills (min. C1) required, German language skills an advantage
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
• Willingness to travel within the EU (approx. 2x per year, for approx. 2 days each time) desirable
