We are currently looking for an

Materials Management Clerk Aviation Industry for our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at their Donauwörth site. In this position, you will be responsible for material coordination throughout the production process –with a focus on adherence to deadlines, process quality, and communication with interfaces. Tasks

Coordination and monitoring of material flow from goods receipt to production line
Ensuring the timely provision of materials and components
Inventory management including conducting inventories
Identification and elimination of bottlenecks and disruptions in the production process
Optimization of logistics processes to increase efficiency
Maintenance of logistics documentation and system-based bookings
Coordination with purchasing, warehousing, and production to ensure process reliability
Compliance with quality and safety standards

Qualification

Completed training with many years of professional experience as a logistics specialist, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding clerk or in a comparable commercial field
Several years of professional experience in the areas of logistics, manufacturing, warehouse logistics, supply chain and aerospace
Practical experience as a commercial clerk and in technical documentation
In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office required
Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
Willingness to work shifts and overtime
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
