Measurement Technician at Airbus (m/f/x)

We are currently seeking a Measurement Technician for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder. Here you will have the opportunity to apply your experience in 3D measurement technology and quality management in an aviation-specific environment – in close proximity to the production of state-of-the-art aircraft structures. Tasks

Determination of the measurement strategy and selection of suitable measurement systems (e.g., laser scanners)
Processing 3D CAD models to prepare for measurement tasks
Programming measurement sequence control for automated processes
Performing, evaluating, and analyzing precise measurements on aerospace components
Visualizing measurement results to support manufacturing and quality decisions
Analyzing the causes of measurement deviations and implementing appropriate corrective measures
Cooperating with interfaces in manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering

Qualification

Completed vocational training with further training as a technician or master craftsman specializing in surveying technology, geomatics or measurement technology
Alternatively: Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable field
Several years of experience in measurement technology and engineering
Initial experience in manufacturing / production and quality management
Knowledge of laser measurement and scanning systems
Confident use of Google Workspace
Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
