Mechanic as Quality Manager at Airbus (m/f/x)

Tasks

Conducting quality checks and root cause analyses for production-related complaints
Defining and monitoring corrective measures in cooperation with the responsible departments
Supporting production with short-term solutions for quality defects and FOD prevention
Operational surveillance and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
Coaching and guidance in practical problem solving in the manufacturing environment
Performing final checks and special inspections
Compliance with regulations in the areas of airworthiness, occupational safety, and the environment

Qualification

Completed training as an aircraft mechanic specializing in production engineering, aircraft construction or comparable technical training with additional master craftsman qualification
Several years of professional experience in aerospace, quality management, quality assurance and structural assembly
Initial experience with SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
Willingness to work shifts
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
