Tasks

Coordination and moderation of occupational health management
Coordination with external service providers in the health sector
Support in the area of occupational safety and environment, health and safety (EHS)
Organisation and implementation of BEM procedures on the employer side
Support and monitoring of measures initiated in occupational integration management
Interface to internal and external contact persons

Qualification

Completed training in healthcare or comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in occupational health management / work ability management, ideally in an industrial environment
Knowledge of social security law, occupational safety and health protection desirable
Confident use of MS Office
Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
Consulting skills, empathy and a professional manner
Structured, careful and trustworthy way of working
