Occupational Safety Specialist at Airbus (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Safety Specialist for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH at their Hamburg site. You will be responsible for ensuring a healthy, safe, and compliant working environment in a designated area. You will advise, assess risks, handle accidents in the system, and use your expertise to strengthen the safety culture in the production environment. Tasks

  • Regular inspections and safety consultations in the production environment
  • Analysis and documentation of accidents and near misses in the FISH tool
  • Identification and assessment of work-related hazards and derivation of appropriate measures
  • Conducting Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) training and awareness campaigns
  • On-site support in ensuring adequate risk control
  • Development of preventive measures to avoid accidents at work

 

Qualification

  • Completed technical training with master craftsman's certificate or completed technical degree
  • Successfully completed further training as an occupational safety specialist and many years of professional experience
  • Experience in manufacturing companies in the energy, textile, electrical, and media products sectors as well as in the aerospace industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of country-specific laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Class B driver's license and a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) are required
