Tasks

  • Coordination and management of appointments, meetings, and daily office organization
  • Creation of presentations, reports, and statistics to support project and management decisions
  • Point of contact for internal and external inquiries and interface to IT and facility management
  • Planning and organizing events and travel, including billing
  • Maintaining, filing, and following up on meeting minutes and actions
  • Supporting environmental initiatives in the office (e.g., reducing single-use materials)
  • Coordinating with other assistant functions and ensuring a smooth flow of information within the team

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk, office management clerk)
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of secretarial work or assistance
  • Good IT skills, especially in office applications and digital tools
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Structured way of working, organizational skills, and strong communication skills
