Office Manager at Airbus (m/f/x)

As a Office Manager at Airbus Defense and Space GmbH in Manching, you will provide central administrative support for the Tornado / AWACS production area. You will coordinate deadlines, keep an eye on internal processes and ensure that the team can work efficiently, in a structured and smooth manner. Tasks

  • Independent office organisation and administrative support for team and management
  • Calendar and email management, including prioritisation and information gathering
  • Planning of meetings, workshops, and coordination with assistants and stakeholders
  • Organisation and accounting of business trips and customer visits
  • Preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and managing document filing systems
  • Support in administrative systems (OPAL, MySupply, time management)
  • Interface to Human Resources, IT and Facility Management for cross-functional topics
  • Contributing to sustainability and a positive team culture

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of administration and assistance / secretarial work
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English (min. C1)
  • High level of reliability, loyalty, flexibility and openness to new tasks
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Very good organizational skills and a confident manner in internal exchanges
