Office Manager & Team Assistant at Airbus (m/f/x)

Tasks

  • Organisation and maintenance of calendars, email inboxes and time management
  • Preparation, booking and expense reporting of business trips
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and memos, including compilation of relevant decision-making information
  • Support in internal team coordination and information sharing
  • Planning and organisation of events and visitor management
  • General office administration, including telephone handling, mail processing and travel arrangements
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders in German and English
  • Maintenance of the digital working environment using Google Workspace

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training, such as Office Management Assistant or Industrial Clerk
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial and assistant roles
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B1)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with an independent, structured and responsible work style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
