Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – B2B & Performace Marketing

Tasks

Strategy, performance, and analysis

  • Design, implementation, and optimization of B2B mailings and customer newsletters
  • Tracking, analysis, and performance evaluation via ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Conducting and evaluating competitive analyses, including deriving measures

SEO, paid ads, and growth

  • Planning and implementation of SEO measures
  • Design, implementation, and optimization of paid ads (SEA & social media)
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns and KPIs

Content & Channels

  • Responsibility for content creation and content strategy
  • Management and further development of social media activities (focus on LinkedIn)
  • Regular website content updates
  • Maintenance and further development of websites via Odoo, WordPress, and Typo3
  • Ensuring corporate design conformity (e.g., with Canva, Affinity)

Collaboration

  • Operational and conceptual support for marketing across all companies

Qualification

  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing, content, SEO, and paid ads
  • Very good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with CMS systems (Odoo is an advantage, WordPress/Typo3 alternatively)
  • Technological affinity, analytical thinking, and creative approaches to problem solving
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
