Tasks

Support in procurement activities for cabin and cargo electronics in compliance with corporate guidelines
Coordination and execution of requests for quotation, including evaluation and participation in contract negotiations
Monitoring and management of existing contracts throughout all phases – from innovation and development to series production and support
Ensuring supplier compliance with contractual obligations across the entire lifecycle
Tracking and evaluation of supplier performance regarding quality, logistics, cost and support
Active management of supplier relationships to maximize customer value and reduce operating costs and risks

Participation in and leadership of multifunctional teams during tendering, awarding and throughout the full contract duration

Qualification

Completed degree in industrial engineering, economics or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in procurement, contract and supplier management
Experience in contract negotiations required
Advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel and initial experience with SAP
Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
Business fluent in both German and English (at least C1 level)

Willingness to travel occasionally (6–8 times per year)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
