Operational Buyer for Spare Parts at Airbus (m/f/x)

For our client, Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for an Operational Buyer for Spare Parts at the Donauwörth site. Tasks

  • Selection and management of suppliers for civil and military spare parts, including the collection of quantities, prices and delivery dates
  • Processing of orders and inquiries in SAP as well as tracking of deliveries and special procurements
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and contribution to action plans to resolve procurement bottlenecks
  • Performance analysis of suppliers and derivation of appropriate measures
  • Handling of import and export topics in compliance with applicable regulations, including obtaining export classifications
  • Participation in material planning and ensuring the availability of civil and military spare parts
  • Compilation of key performance indicators and support in implementing planning strategies

Qualification

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or, alternatively, a minimum of three years of specialized vocational training with advanced qualifications (e.g. Technical Business Administrator) and an additional subject-specific certification (e.g. negotiation techniques, procurement analytics, purchasing controlling)
  • Extensive professional experience in the areas of operational and strategic procurement, project management, process optimization, supplier management, and administrative processing
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office; confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
