Tasks

• Initiating and managing procurement processes in indirect purchasing (general procurement)
• Monitoring order confirmations and processing invoice workflows
• Obtaining and comparing offers for supplier selection in accordance with applicable processes
• Carrying out price comparisons to optimise procurement decisions
• Working with the modern procurement platform SAP Ariba
• Supporting the monitoring, support and further development of selected suppliers
• Promoting the continuous improvement of supplier performance

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience
• Alternatively: Degree in business administration or economics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Several years of experience in scheduling, material procurement and operational purchasing
• Experience in the procurement of services, logistics services, IT services, consumables or machinery and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality with an independent and solution-orientated way of working
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
