Tasks

• Determination of material and component requirements for civil and military aviation products
• Optimization and execution of material planning and procurement processes
• Root cause analysis in case of deviations and identification of weak points in complex workflows
• Participation in planning strategies to ensure supply chain security
• Ensuring material availability within a decentralized supply network
• Analysis of key performance indicators and initiation of corrective actions in case of inventory deviations
• Order management for a defined spare parts segment in coordination with internal suppliers and logistics

• Processing of revalidations, quality notifications and deadline inquiries in an international environment

Qualification

• Completed commercial or technical education with additional qualification as a technician or business administrator
• Long-standing experience in the areas of disposition / material procurement, purchasing, logistics, process planning and supply chain
• In-depth specialist knowledge of SAP required
• Very good German and English language skills (at least C1)
• Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working

• Strong process-oriented thinking and service-oriented approach
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
