Tasks

Initiation and management of procurement processes in indirect purchasing
Review of contracts and license terms in coordination with internal interfaces
Monitoring of order confirmations and processing of invoice workflows
Obtaining quotes and comparing prices within defined product groups
Using and helping to shape the modern SAP Ariba purchasing platform
Supporting and developing suppliers within the framework of defined processes
Assisting in supplier selection and increasing efficiency in the purchasing process

Qualification

Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience
Alternatively: Completed degree in business administration, economics, or comparable field
Professional experience in operational purchasing, particularly in the procurement of test equipment, machines and systems, IT hardware/software, and engineering services
In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA and MS Office
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
