We are looking for an Operational Purchaser in Donauwörth for our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH to start as soon as possible. Tasks

Operational handling of purchasing processes, including supplier selection and ordering
Order management from ordering to goods receipt posting
Monitoring of deadlines and quantities to ensure material availability
Communication with national and international suppliers to clarify open issues
Processing of clarification cases regarding deadlines and quality in coordination with specialist departments
Maintenance of purchasing data in IT systems
Support in process optimization in operational purchasing

Qualification

Completed commercial vocational training (at least technician/specialist—e.g., as a purchasing specialist, industrial clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
Many years of experience in operational purchasing, particularly in materials procurement and supplier management
Good understanding of SAP functions in purchasing
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
