Tasks

Daily monitoring and control of supply chain performance in areas such as goods receipt, workshop and shipping
Communication with suppliers and internal departments to implement preventive and corrective measures
Coordination of return logistics, including obtaining quotes and expansion planning
Inventory management and implementation of action plans for capacity utilization control with suppliers
Collaboration on the introduction of new products (New Product Introduction)
Order management and maintenance and control of order data in the ERP system
Analysis of delays and prioritization of critical requirements from the assembly areas
Control of operational measures to optimize logistics processes and missing parts management

Qualification

Completed degree or vocational training with additional qualification as a technician/specialist in engineering, aerospace, business administration, supply chain/logistics or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in purchasing and supply chain/logistics
In-depth user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
Analytical and qualitative approach to work with excellent communication skills and team spirit
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
