Tasks

• Participation in relevant operational meetings (Flight Operations Control Tower, Master Production Scheduling, Operations Control Centre)
• Customer Line representative focussing on risk assessment and safe aircraft planning
• Carrying out aircraft inspections prior to First Operation Transfer (FOT) to check the technical status
• Participate in daily station meetings for coordination and planning
• Summarising and planning non-standard work during the flightline
• Documentation of decisions and transfer of outstanding work
• Review critical documentation and status prior to First Operation Transfer (FOT)
• Ensure a clear, data-driven overview of aircraft status prior to First Operation Transfer (FOT) milestone

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of aircraft construction, engineering or a comparable technical field
• Several years of professional experience in the field of aircraft management, especially in aircraft coordination
• Sound knowledge of SAP, MORE (Airbus-specific tool) and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)
• Team player with a structured, results-orientated way of working and strong communication skills
