Tasks

Processing of customer inquiries and orders, including quotation preparation, invoicing and post-calculation
Project controlling and reporting, including kick-off and review meetings with customers
Commercial management of subcontracted services and coordination with internal departments
Preparation of quotations including costing and pricing, also for more complex requests
Acting as interface to customers (Key Account Management, Customer Support, end customers)
Support in contract management and ensuring compliance with contract terms
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement processes
Maintenance of the customer database and creation of evaluations for project control

Qualification

Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration, or alternatively a completed commercial / technical vocational training with further qualification (e.g. state-certified technician or technical business administrator) and subject-specific additional qualification
Extensive professional experience in the aerospace industry, project management, contract management, finance and customer support
More than one year of experience in production planning, controlling and maintenance
Experience in commercial / technical quotation preparation is required; knowledge of helicopters H135 and H145 as well as experience in project controlling is desirable
Advanced expertise in MS Office and SAP
Business fluent German and English skills (minimum C1)
Flexibility and willingness to travel required

A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
