Tasks

• Dosing and mixing of coating systems according to technical specifications
• Masking and demasking of components and areas not to be painted
• Sanding and filling of composite parts to prepare for painting
• Preparation of entire helicopter structural assemblies and components for the painting process
• Application of primer, topcoat and special coatings
• Cleaning of military helicopters and painted components
• Execution of quality assurance procedures in accordance with internal standards
• Documentation of work steps and adherence to specifications

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a painter, vehicle painter or decorator
• Several years of relevant work experience in painting, preferably in aerospace or automotive coating
• Confident handling of MS Office tools
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and basic English skills (min. A2)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
