Tasks

• Preparation of components for painting, including review of documentation, cleaning, and masking of surfaces
• Application of paints, adhesives, sealants, or corrosion protection wax
• Execution of painting tasks using the synchronized coating process
• Application of technical markings, decorative films, and line markings
• Provision of tools and materials for efficient work execution
• Compliance with quality and safety standards in the field of surface treatment

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as an automotive painter or as a process mechanic for coating technology
• Extensive professional experience in painting and in manufacturing / production
• Good German language skills (at least B2) and basic English skills (at least A2)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends and overtime
• Ability to work in a team, independently and responsibly, as well as flexibility to perform tasks at different workstations
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
