Tasks

  • Implementation of personnel measures such as hiring, transfers, contract changes and departures
  • Creation and maintenance of master data, time management and remuneration data
  • Creation of documents as part of defined administrative processes
  • Support with payroll accounting, processing special transactions and error analysis and correction
  • Processing specialist matters, correspondence and preparing certificates
  • Advising employees and managers on legal, collective bargaining and company regulations in personnel administration and payroll accounting
  • Collaboration in projects and special topics to optimize HR processes
  • General administrative support in the HR area

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training with professional experience
  • Experience in the areas of payroll accounting and personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Experience in the preparation and maintenance of payroll accounting and in dealing with subject-specific issues
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with the SAP HCM payroll system would be desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) is mandatory
