Tasks

• Ensure planning, control and management of corporate functions and objectives
• Supporting management in decisions to improve financial and operational performance
• Analysing performance data against budgets / targets, identifying variances, risks and opportunities
• Suggesting countermeasures in the event of deviations and coordinating corrective measures
• Monitoring deviations from plan in programmes, production and operations, as well as reviewing hourly rates and prices
• Collaboration in earned value management and cash planning (investments, inventory, payment plan)
• Preparing and ensuring consolidated financial reporting with a focus on consistency and compliance
• Supporting M&A activities and the implementation of the industrial strategy

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or finance
• Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance
• Sound knowledge in the use of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Team player with excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
