As an Precision Mechanic Aviation at Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Stade, you will play a central role in the production of high-performance components made of fiber composites. Tasks

  • Fine fettling and grinding of resin and component edges to size
  • Laminating carbon fiber reinforced plastic / glass fiber reinforced plastic
  • Producing vacuum assemblies for further processing
  • Ordering and picking the required materials
  • Documenting work processes and complaints
  • Operating lifting and hoisting equipment in the production area
  • Transporting work and operating equipment and carrying out minor maintenance work

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as a boat builder, precision mechanic, carpenter, process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of plastics and rubber technology
  • Fluent German (min. C1) and basic English (min. A2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Crane license required
  • Willingness to work in 3 shifts
