Tasks

  • Lead infrastructure and equipment projects in the production environment
  • Conduct value stream analyses and develop efficient production layouts
  • Identify and implement innovative production methods to improve quality and processes
  • Carry out process analyses and implement sustainable optimisations
  • Develop maintenance, repair and training concepts for critical production equipment
  • Provide consulting to national and international production sites of Lufthansa Technik
  • Continuously improve workflows and ensure the implementation of process changes
  • Define, implement and monitor KPIs, performance goals and quality standards

Qualification

  • Completed university degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in managing complex projects as well as extensive knowledge in project, process and lean management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, SAP and wiki-based systems
  • Fluent English skills (min. C1) and good German skills (min. B2)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
