Tasks

• Optimisation of production processes to increase efficiency, productivity and energy savings
• Monitoring operational processes and initiating improvement measures to optimise costs and performance
• Creating reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Liaising with production, quality assurance, maintenance and logistics to ensure smooth process design
• Planning and implementing technical projects, including budget, resource and time management
• Identification of innovation potential to increase competitiveness in the long term
• Creating technical specifications, documentation and reports for internal and external purposes
• Presentation of project results to management for strategic development

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering, process engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in project management, operational monitoring and technical project management
• Detailed specialised knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Sound knowledge of project management methods and their application
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
• Confident understanding and optimisation of complex technical processes
• Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
