Tasks

  • Analysis and optimization of existing administrative processes
  • Project management for the implementation and execution of centralized tools and workflows
  • Coordination and development of new processes within the organization
  • Interface management for change requests and their evaluation
  • Standardization and documentation of processes
  • Offer calculation and preparation for Airbus Operations GmbH
  • Implementation of location-specific as well as cross-site improvement initiatives
  • Efficiency enhancement through targeted process improvements

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on engineering or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in process planning and process improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of project and process management
  • General IT affinity and confident use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio
  • Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
