Process Manager Lean Management Aviation (m/f/x)

Play an active role in shaping the transformation in production at Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder and start now as Process Manager Lean Management Aviation. You will support managers and teams in setting up lean structures, accompany Kaizen workshops and drive change processes in a targeted manner - with a sense of proportion, methodology and strong communication skills. The gross annual salary is between €73,000 and a maximum of €76,000, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

Implementation of lean standards in cooperation with operational teams
Continuous improvement of lean tools and routines
Initiation and moderation of on-site inspections with structured feedback round
Measurement and reporting of lean maturity
Support in Kaizen workshops and other optimization formats
Exchange of best practices with other lean change agents
Participation in the development of lean roadmaps and Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs)

Qualification

Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable
First professional experience in process improvement
Basic knowledge of lean management, CIP (continuous improvement process), project management and change management
Confident handling of Google Workspace
Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
