Tasks

  • Analysing production processes to identify potential for improvement and deriving specific optimisation measures
  • Implementation of projects for the continuous improvement of process quality and stability in production
  • Developing and supporting workshops to establish lean methods and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Expanding the lean methodbox to promote long-term and sustainable process improvement
  • Implementation of lean methods to standardise and optimise production processes and structures
  • Continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs in production
  • Creation of a sustainable improvement cycle to increase competitiveness
  • Promotion of a lean culture through close cooperation and training of employees

Qualification

  • Completed studies in a comparable field such as engineering, industrial engineering or economics
  • Several years of experience in operational process support in a manufacturing company
  • Sound knowledge of CIP, process management, total quality management (problem-solving methods) as well as production management and process optimisation
  • Experience with methodological competences in quality management, e.g. APQP, FMEA, 6-Sigma
  • Completed additional qualifications in Green Belt, Lean Management and Six Sigma
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
