Tasks

Identify trends, analyze patterns from large amounts of data, and convert them into meaningful dashboards.
Identify automation potential and implement it in self-developed scripts or software solutions.
Improve processes – data-driven, targeted, and with a view to scalability and efficiency.
Ensure data quality – from data cleansing and data pipelines to database management
Use Skywise and other tools to analyze performance data and manage supply chain initiatives
Support digitization – from the application of internal guidelines to the documentation of end-to-end processes
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements

Qualification

Degree in business informatics, business administration, or a technical field
Several years of professional experience in scheduling, IT systems, process optimization, supply chain, or customer service
In-depth knowledge of Python and SQL
Knowledge of SAP (MM-PP module) and ideally Skywise
Experience with automation tools such as UiPath or scripting desirable
Business fluent English (at least C1) and proficient German (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
