Tasks

• Analyze and optimize production processes to increase quality and process stability
• Implement lean projects for continuous process improvements
• Facilitate and lead workshops focused on process optimization
• Expand the Lean toolbox to promote a culture of continuous improvement (CIP)
• Standardize workflows through targeted Lean methods
• Ensure seamless communication between departments for optimal information flow
• Independently manage projects in a complex production environment

Qualification

• Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Several years of experience in operational process support in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement (CIP), process management, TQM, and production optimization
• Additional certifications in Lean Management, Green Belt, and Six Sigma (completed at minimum)
• Strong MS Office and SAP skills
• Fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
