Process Planner / Manufacturing Engineer A320 FAL (m/f/x)

On behalf of our client Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a Process Planner / Manufacturing Engineer A320 FAL at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will work directly on the A320 final assembly line and ensure seamless coordination between engineering and production. Your technical expertise, structured thinking, and strong communication skills make you a key contributor to efficient processes. Tasks

Definition and optimisation of manufacturing processes in the Customized Electric area for the A320 final assembly line
Coordination of co-design and co-industrialisation between engineering and production
Operational-level time calculations for production planning
Technical sequencing management to ensure efficient workflows
Specification of industrial equipment such as tools, jigs and machines
Support during initial installation including feedback loops for production release
Ensuring industrial requirements are met throughout all design phases

Qualification

Completed degree in engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in production planning, engineering and manufacturing engineering, as well as extensive experience in mechanical processes
Very good knowledge of SAP and Catia V5; confident use of Google Workspace
Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
Willingness to occasionally work in shifts (rotating shift system)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
