Process Planner Production & Work Preparation (m/f/x)

Bridging the gap between ideas and series production – your expertise for fluid manufacturing

You combine design and production, optimize processes and ensure that technical specifications become economic processes. With your flair for feasibility and your eye for the big picture, you will drive continuous improvements at our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg and accompany products safely through to series production. The gross annual salary is between € 71,500 and max. € 73,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Design consulting in 2D and 3D as well as checking the technical feasibility of installations from a production perspective
  • Active co-design and optimization of manufacturing processes to make workflows more efficient
  • Initiating regular feedback loops to continuously improve the manufacturing environment (CIP)
  • Close coordination with the engineering team to validate technical specifications and requirements
  • Supporting the entire product development process, from development to series production
  • Creation and maintenance of work plans in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Definition and implementation of tool and machine requirements for industrial optimization

Qualification

  • Degree in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • ALTERNATIVE: completed technical vocational training with additional qualification as a master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, design, mechanics (aviation) and process planning
  • Experience in MSI (Manufacturing Structure Integration) desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP as well as Taksy, Gesy and Tesy and confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
