For our client Airbus Operations GmbH at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site, we are looking for a Procurement Category Manager for aircraft and industrial cleaning services who will support Europe-wide procurement projects with expertise and negotiation skills. Sounds interesting? Apply now!
The gross annual salary is between € 82,500 and a maximum of € 85,400, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

Implementation of calls for tender and contract negotiations
Contract implementation including catalogue maintenance and contract management (e.g. reviews, amendments)
Support in claims handling and negotiations in the event of performance deviations
Operational support of suppliers in day-to-day business (e.g. purchase order and invoice-related topics)
Collaboration with internal departments across European sites
Optimization of supplier performance and identification of improvement opportunities
Analysis of expenditure data to support strategic procurement decisions

Qualification

Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or International Management
Extensive professional experience in procurement and contract management
Knowledge of data analysis is desirable
Sound knowledge of SAP, advanced user experience with Click’n Buy (BySide) and confident handling of Google Workspace
Business fluent English skills (at least C1) and very good German skills (at least B2)
French language skills are an advantage
CV in English required

A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
