Procurement Coordination Officer

at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will manage all operational interfaces between suppliers, the final assembly line and cabin equipment – hands-on, structured, and with a direct impact on the production flow. Apply now and contribute your expertise to a global market leader.

Tasks

Ensure availability of cabin equipment in close coordination with the Final Assembly Line and the Airbus Delivery Center
Analyze supply chain risks, initiate corrective measures and implement recovery plans
Participate in operational meetings and provide transparency through key performance indicators and status reports
Coordinate outstanding cabin-related work and escalate blocking issues to the respective supplier headquarters when necessary
Identify systemic issues and initiate root cause elimination measures
Act as the central contact for BFE and SFE supplier management, including process reliability and performance monitoring
Ensure process compliance to guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction

Qualification

Completed degree in business administration, supply chain / logistics or a technical field
Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, line side support, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
Practical experience in the cabin or interior design sector is an advantage
Initial user experience with SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
CV in English required
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
