Tasks

  • Coordination and further development of psychological selection procedures for technical and leadership positions
  • Design and optimization of diagnostic methods such as assessment centers or psychometric tests with a focus on candidate experience
  • Evaluation of existing procedures, including quality assurance and efficiency improvements
  • Translation of scientific findings into practical, modern selection processes
  • Consulting internal stakeholders, e.g. recruiters and departments, as well as applicant communication
  • Preparation of meaningful reports and compelling presentations for management and specialist departments
  • Execution of special projects and flexible support with psychological expertise

Qualification

  • Completed Master's degree in Psychology or Business Psychology
  • Extensive experience in aptitude diagnostics as well as psychological methodology and statistics, plus hands-on experience with interviews, test procedures, and assessment centers
  • Certification in accordance with DIN 33430 for aptitude diagnosticians is desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent English skills (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B2)
  • High level of diligence and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
  • Analytical and structured working style with strong process understanding, communication skills, and persuasive ability
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
