Tasks

• Development of innovative assembly systems - from the initial concept phase through to implementation in the production process, in compliance with cost, time and quality targets
• Analysis, optimisation and further development of existing production systems to increase efficiency and productivity
• Carrying out detailed problem analyses - from defining objectives to recording workflows
• Identifying best practices and developing target concepts, including new processes and automation solutions
• Providing and analysing quantitative and qualitative data for all relevant departments such as Design Office, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Research & Technology (R&T) and Research & Development (R&D)

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of engineering & development, manufacturing & production, jigs & tools, manufacturing engineering, production planning & control and process improvement
• Good knowledge of change management, project management and risk management
• Experienced with Google Workspace
• Business fluent English required and German and French an advantage
• Flexible willingness to travel (max. 4x per year to Toulouse)

• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa) and English CV required
