Tasks

• Ensure effective planning, control and management of business objectives and specific functions to maximise operational efficiency
• Managing targets, workload and staff and actively supporting discussions and decision-making processes at management level
• Challenging and driving improvements in financial and operational performance to achieve optimal business results
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative performance data against budgets and targets to identify variances, opportunities and risks
• Proposing and coordinating countermeasures in the event of deviations and supporting decision-makers in the implementation of corrective measures
• Monitoring deviations from plan in programmes, production and operational processes as well as price checks and hourly planning
• Participate in earned value analysis and planning of cash, capital expenditures, inventory and supplier payment schedules
• Application of basic financial processes, legal and HR knowledge as well as technical know-how to support the implementation of corporate strategy (e.g. BCC) and M&A activities

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or finance (at least a master's or diploma degree)
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, finance, IT and information systems, ideally with a proven track record of success
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office (including detailed functions) and practical experience with SAP
• Business fluent in German and English to operate confidently in an international environment
• Valid work permit for the European Union
