Tasks

  • Performing visual inspections and assessments on small components for QEC modules and upgrades
  • Manual repairs such as drilling, riveting, grinding, polishing and brushing on metal and light metal parts
  • Documenting work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and internal IT systems (e.g. approve Data)
  • Working according to technical drawings and written work instructions
  • Compliance with quality and safety standards in accordance with Lufthansa guidelines

Qualification

  • Completed training as a mechanic, mechatronics engineer or metalworker
  • Several years of professional experience in the repair or manufacture of small components
  • Confident handling of technical drawings and work instructions
  • Basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
