Tasks

• Supporting the Airbus production organisation approval and promoting the interface between engineering and production engineering
• Coordination of cross-functional project applications within the technical area of responsibility of the production engineering department and neighbouring departments
• Support and participation in the approval committee for design organisation and production organisation to coordinate relevant process issues and risks
• Work closely with the digital industrial processes and quality audit teams to synchronise design and production processes
• Interface with modules such as Digital Design, Manufacturing & Services (DDMS), Skywise, Digital Industrial Operations and Operational Excellence for process optimisation
• Ensuring process compliance and providing operational feedback for the continuous improvement of processes
• Supporting ad-hoc crisis management and raising awareness of risks and appropriate mitigation measures within the manufacturing engineering community
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with Airbus subsidiaries, engineering, quality assurance, procurement, supply chain and external partners

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of aircraft construction, engineering or a comparable technical subject
• Several years of experience in aircraft construction, aerospace or manufacturing engineering
• Sound knowledge of process management to optimise processes and structures
• Confident handling of Google Workspace and digital working environments
• Business fluent in German and English for international cooperation
• Existing work permit for the EU (no student visa)

• Team player with a structured and solution-orientated way of working and strong communication skills
