Tasks

• Analysis and evaluation of change requests in TeamCenter and quality notifications in SAP to determine the need for change
• Viewing and updating the parts list (components and documents) and all relevant work plans
• Documenting and implementing the necessary adjustments in the work plan, taking criticality into account
• Optimising and updating standard processes and ensuring the optimum process sequence
• Detailed description of assembly steps and inspection processes to ensure high quality
• Material master data maintenance in SAP to ensure an accurate database
• Supporting the SAP change process, including participation in change boards and coordination of adjustments
• Implementation of waiver measures and quality reports for the continuous improvement of production processes

Qualification

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, production planning or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing/production, technical documentation, procedural processes and risk management
• In-depth user knowledge of MS Office, practical experience with SAP/R3 (detailed functions) and TeamCenter, advanced knowledge of SAP PAS and basic knowledge of CATIA/CAD or better
• Business fluent in German and proficient in English
• Work permit required for the EU
