Tasks

Determining the production sequence, taking into account capacities, deadlines, and material availability
Managing and monitoring work orders in SAP to ensure production progress
Coordinating with related departments to schedule unscheduled customer orders (on-time delivery)
Coordinating material availability and organizing timely transport
Communicating relevant information about delays, missing parts, or special approvals
Acting as the contact person for KPI tracking in the Electrical Design, Development & Component Engineering (EDDCE) department and as the interface for material disruptions
Communicating with DAHER on logistics issues and providing support in purchasing coordination

Qualification

Completed vocational or commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or technical qualification (e.g., technician or master craftsman)
Many years of professional experience in production control, production planning, work preparation, or supply chain
In-depth understanding of production and development processes
Very good knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications
Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
