Tasks

Optimization and further development of production processes to increase efficiency
Identification of production problems and derivation of sustainable remedial measures
Coordination of improvement processes with a focus on costs, deadlines and quality
New and series planning of individual parts and assemblies for production preparation
Creation of work plans and support in design consulting and commissioning
Cross-departmental project work to promote innovation and process reliability
Ensuring the integration of changes and new processes into the production flow

Qualification

Successfully completed studies in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical degree program
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, production planning and control as well as structural assembly
Initial user knowledge of SAP, TiCon, Catia V5 and Google Workspace
Business fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2 level)
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
