Tasks

• Responsibility for short and medium-term production planning, taking into account customer requirements, resource availability and adjacent areas
• Structuring and maintaining multi-level time and milestone plans at management, project and execution level
• Planning drive systems and components and deriving optimal production processes and batch sizes
• Carrying out target/actual comparisons, capacity comparisons and continuous updating of planning data
• Preparation, evaluation and reporting of relevant KPIs for production control
• Moderation of planning meetings, recording of minutes and interface management
• Administration and further development of planning tools and databases according to current process requirements
• Identification and implementation of efficiency potentials through lean management methods to optimize production processes

Qualification

• Successfully completed industrial training with further training as a technician / REFA technician
• OR completed Bachelor's degree, ideally in the aerospace sector
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing / production as well as production planning and control
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP; experience with Teamcenter an advantage
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) is mandatory
