Project Assistance Operational Support & Coordination (m/f/x)

You keep track of schedules, people and processes with ease?
Then support Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen as a Project Assistance Operational Support & Coordination and help organize a dynamic work environment – initially limited until approximately December 2025. Whether it's travel planning, managing appointments or internal coordination – you make sure everything runs smoothly. After onboarding, remote work is possible up to two days per week in consultation with the team. Sounds like a good fit? We’re looking forward to your application!

The gross annual salary ranges, depending on qualifications, from €46,900 to €48,300. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Organizing and handling travel bookings and expense reports
  • Coordinating appointments and team meetings
  • Creating purchase orders using internal tools
  • Managing visitor badges and arranging parking spaces for guests
  • Organizing meeting coverage and handling ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and updating internal documentation

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial work or team assistance
  • Strong skills in MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace (mandatory)
  • Fluent German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
