Tasks

  • Management of sub-projects for process optimization of training at the Bremen site
  • Support in the introduction of new IT job profiles and degree programs
  • Collaboration in training marketing and trade fair appearances
  • General administrative support for training management, e.g., with certificates or presentations
  • Participation in the implementation of new concepts and processes in the HR environment
  • Support for AOS Bricks (Airbus Operating System) as part of change management

Qualification

  • Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or economics or comparable qualification (at least technician/business administrator)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of change management and lean management
  • Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office and GSuite
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
