Project Assistant Production & Logistics at Airbus (m/f/x)

The gross annual salary is between $64,000 and $67,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Collaboration on technical projects and phased coordination of sub-projects in the production environment
  • Development and optimization of logistics and layout concepts
  • Creation and maintenance of work plans in SAP
  • Performing calculations and cost estimates
  • Creation of reports and presentations for internal and external partners
  • Organization and moderation of project progress meetings
  • Participation in technical coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detailing of industrialization concepts for the further development of the department

Qualification

  • Completed degree in engineering or master craftsman's certificate in mechanical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, production, aircraft construction, project management, and technical administration
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational manufacturing processes in aircraft construction, ideally single-part production and assembly
  • Basic knowledge of programming
  • Good knowledge of SAP, CATIA V4/V5, MS Project, and MS Office
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
