Tasks

Planning and organizing training projects, e.g., with a focus on digitalization
Coordinating student interns and assisting with onboarding
Implementing marketing measures and organizing events
Collaborating with internal and external interfaces, e.g., schools
Providingadministrative support to the training management team
Planning and coordinating training courses for trainees and dual students
Collaborating on and managing sub-projects as part of continuous improvement
Designing and implementing cross-location concepts and processes

Qualification

Completed vocational training as a human resources specialist with many years of experience
ALTERNATIVE: Completed bachelor's degree in communication, social sciences, economics, or business administration
Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement
Ideally, experience in trade fairs, events, or HR
Experience in quality management and corporate structures is an advantage
Affinity for IT and digitalization
Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Google Workspace
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
