Tasks

• Stakeholder management for internal and external partners
• Analysis and integration of time, cost, resource and quality data
• Planning & control of programs, projects and schedules incl. structure plan
• Risk management & opportunity assessment to ensure project objectives are met
• Performance monitoring through milestone tracking, reporting and phase reviews

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration (min. Bachelor)
• Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management, ideally with Airbus experience
• Good knowledge of total quality management and problem-solving methods as well as basic knowledge of change management
• Knowledge of agile methods an advantage
• Confident handling of Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English (min. C1)
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
• Willingness to travel: approx. once a month within Germany
